This has become one of my more popular designs. It’s based on a Christmas ornament that is about 2 inches in diameter! This one has a cherry star in the center, flanked by makore, walnut, and purpleheart elements, surrounded by birds-eye maple.

This would make a wonderful centerpiece - it will attract your attention when you enter whetever room you have it in! Many of my customers pair this with an expansion ring, and a set of table legs, and use it as a table in their entry way, or this family room.

The flip side is done in makore - a rich warm brown what goes beautifully with everything!
